承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保(bao)證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
