承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
