承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格(ge)精(jing)(jing)密度(du)和配合(he)尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性(xing)絞接方式(shi);防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
