承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方(fang)式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
