承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方(fang)式(shi),應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
