承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
