承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
