承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精(jing)(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
