承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米(mi)。
