承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
