2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
