2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
