承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
