承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
