承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
