承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。

1,雙梁小轎(jiao)車承重梁與承重梁選用軟(ruan)性絞接方式;防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系(xi)統+減速器+行程開關四合一(yi)一(yi)體化(hua)設(she)計方(fang)案,結構緊湊(cou)
3,小轎車搭建(jian)有安全性(xing)鉤,防失控。
4,全部傳(chuan)動系統(tong)組織選(xuan)用無連(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的立(li)即I/O方式,傳(chuan)動系統(tong)高效(xiao)率、裝(zhuang)配線高精度、免維(wei)護保養。
