承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用軟(ruan)性(xing)絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
