承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
