承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防(fang)止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每(mei)平米(mi)。
