承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計(ji)方案(an),路(lu)(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
