承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式(shi)古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器,安(an)全性(xing)有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
