承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
