1，主梁(liang)采(cai)用歐式箱型梁(liang)機構設計(ji)，自(zi)重輕(qing)，結(jie)構合(he)理；

3，垂直撓(nao)度為1/800，腹(fu)板拱度由數控切割整板下料，精確(que)度高。

4，采用埋弧自動焊(han)(han)、無損探傷。焊(han)(han)后(hou)整體(ti)拋丸，消應力、除銹，達到(dao)Sa2.5級；

5，鋼板材(cai)料為Q235B；環氧富鋅漆(qi)，厚度(du)120μm。

1，大(da)噸位(wei)起重機端梁采用鉸接柔性(xing)設計，避免“三條腿(tui)”運行。
