承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產(chan)加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
