承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位(wei)生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規(gui)格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
