承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
