承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。

1,雙梁小轎(jiao)車(che)承重梁與(yu)承重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防(fang)止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
