承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
