承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外遇(yu)保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
