承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
