承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
