承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米(mi)。
