承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性(xing)有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
