橋式起重機主梁結構

1，主梁采用歐式箱型(xing)梁機構設計，自重輕，結構合(he)理；

2，整(zheng)板制作，無對接(jie)(jie)焊縫，比拼接(jie)(jie)主梁更堅固。

3，垂(chui)直撓度為1/800，腹板(ban)拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割整(zheng)板(ban)下料(liao)，精確度高。

4，采用埋弧(hu)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損探傷。焊(han)后整體拋(pao)丸，消應力、除銹(xiu)，達到Sa2.5級；

5，鋼板材料為Q235B；環氧富鋅(xin)漆，厚度120μm。

5噸橋式起重機端梁部分

1，大(da)噸位(wei)起重機端(duan)梁采用鉸(jiao)接柔性(xing)設計，避免“三(san)條腿”運行。

2，車輪采用鏜(tang)(tang)孔形式，使用數控鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一(yi)次定(ding)位(wei)加(jia)工，確保尺(chi)寸精度和配合(he)公差；
