承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
