承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度(du)(du)和精密(mi)度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
