承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路(lu)(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
