承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規(gui)格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
