承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力(li)、防(fang)銹(xiu)(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
