承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式(shi)古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
