承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保(bao)證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和(he)防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
