2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
