承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)采用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)機構設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割整板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,采用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載(zai)貨量起重機端梁采(cai)用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“三條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)采(cai)用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一次精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)采用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。

3,鋼絲繩卷筒采用厚(hou)鋼板生產短接(jie)軸(zhou)方式,并對(dui)焊接(jie)開展無損檢測;
4,動滑(hua)輪(lun)所(suo)有采用熱軋滑(hua)輪(lun);
5,起重吊(diao)鉤采用(yong)T級起重吊(diao)鉤,材(cai)料高于DG34CrMo,單(dan)雙排布(bu)局,節省室內空(kong)間;
