承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
