承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護(hu)(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。

1,雙梁小(xiao)轎車承(cheng)重梁與承(cheng)重梁選用軟(ruan)性絞接方式;防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
