承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一(yi)端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。

1,雙梁小(xiao)轎(jiao)車承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方(fang)式;防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系統+減速器+行(xing)程開關四合(he)一(yi)一(yi)體化設計(ji)方案,結構緊湊
3,小轎(jiao)車搭建有安全性鉤,防失控。
