承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系統+減速器+行程開(kai)關四合(he)一(yi)一(yi)體化設計方(fang)案,結構(gou)緊湊(cou)
3,小轎(jiao)車搭建有安(an)全(quan)性(xing)鉤,防失控。
