承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度(du)和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
