承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與(yu)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
