承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米(mi)。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
